David Wright is Managing Director of Emergency Lighting Products Limited in Billingshurst, West Sussex and is also Managing Director of Jordan Reflectors Limited based in Basildon, Essex.
David started his career in Research and Development with Thorn Lighting followed by eight years managing the lighting laboratories at BSI (British Standards Institution).
He later joined Existalite / Thomas & Betts as Technical Director and was promoted to Managing Director while also handling the Group roles of European Product Manager and World Standards Manager.
David joined the Jordan Group in 2003 initially as Managing Director of Emergency Lighting Products Limited but took control of both Jordan UK companies in 2009.
David is Chairman of ICEL Council, a member of the LIA Council and a Director of Lumicom.

Steve K Davies
Prior to the LIA he was the Chief Executive of the National Skills Academy for Power leading a public and private sector backed initiative to attract and retain the skills needed to secure the UK’s power requirements into the future.
From 2000 until 2006 Steve was Vice-President, Strategic Development, at Bombardier Transportation, the world-leading manufacturer of rail and aerospace transport systems. In 2006 he joined EEF and went on to lead a re-organisation effort, helping transform the operation into a more commercial body to secure the financial future of the well-established ‘Federation’.
In addition to working with Bombardier Transportation and the EEF, Steve was formerly Managing Director of SailTime North Wales.
Steve is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and has an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University.
