Ancorra Environmental are delighted to announce their recent acquisition of well-known civil & maintenance specialists – Virosafe, who will now be trading under the Ancorra company structure.
Recently, Ancorra have been receiving high demand for a lot of civils works, but have not had the in-house capability to meet customers’ ongoing requirements in this aspect of work. Consequently, the acquiring of Virosafe seems the perfect collaboration to undertake such additional works.
Specialised work
Virsosafe have, for quite some years, specialised in works such as tank removal, decommissioning petrol forecourts, tank & line testing, vapour recovery inspections etc. With the additional financial backing that Ancorra can provide, they will be able to continue to expand their business to meet the ongoing, increasing business requests from their customers.
The decision to proceed with this venture is as a result of the two companies having a close working relationship for many years. This gives Ancorra the chance to add additional knowledge and experience, to develop their own civils & maintenance division by incorporating the Virosafe knowledge, expertise & experience.
Excellent team
All the existing staff from Virosafe will be warmly welcomed into the Ancorra Organisation; not least due to their reputation & capability within the industry. They already have 35 employees at the UK business and a further 10 employees in their Irish company, both of which offer their services over various different sectors.
The official launch of the business is in January 2023.
